Join me at Mount Pleasant Eco Park on Thursday 6th July for a free class, in the {fingers crossed} sunshine!

The eco park is holding a special promo day so if you're happy to be filmed, come along and enjoy a yin/yang class on the house!

Yoga starts at 10am.  Please be a little early.

Mats provided or bring your own.  Suitable for all levels.

There'll be lots going on including volunteer friday and delicious food available at the cafe, so come get involved :)
