SEASONAL SLOW FLOW (Online)

Winter in the Northern Hemisphere is hibernation time, but we can often feel stuck, lethargic or distract ourselves from true restoration, rather than tapping into Mother Nature’s cycle for regrowth. Having just emerged from a trauma informed yoga teacher training, this is for anyone feeling vulnerable or affected by the state of the world - noticing how climate grief and conflict might reside in our own systems. We will be following the trauma-informed model to both activate and down-regulate the nervous system, and build our “window of tolerance” to be able to deal with future stressors with resilience.

Join me to move with the seasons and truly embrace the winter with a slow flow designed to generate warmth, move stagnant energy and foster a sense deep rest.

In this 75 minute online class we’ll practice a meditation, move into a slow flow yoga sequence and complete the session with a nourishing yoga nidra.

Each week we’ll have a different theme that will allow us to transition towards Spring with awareness and care for whatever is going on in our bodies and minds, our communities and on our Planet.-

A recording of the live session will be sent out immediately afterwards, so if you cannot attend you can always practice in your own time.

The price for all 4 sessions is sliding scale: between €25 and €45. You are encouraged to pay what feels right for you, please get in touch if you would like to skills swap instead of financial exchange.
