Gentle yoga for the slopes

Yoga is an ancient art, science and practice that can help us in so many ways during the modern era. In this weekly class we use yoga as a tool to prepare us for the mountain as well as restore us from the time we spend on the slopes.

A gentle flow of movements for the spine, hips, legs and core - awakening, strengthening, stretching out and of course, a full relaxation at the end. Don’t worry if you’re new to yoga, we’ll take it slow. And it’s suitable for those a bit broken, even if you have an injury from shredding too hard.
